Your plan fee is the minimum spend and becomes included compute. Processing draws down that balance at the same rate used for overages. Storage is only charged when you exceed the storage included in your plan.

We add the data Vendo reads, writes, and processes through models or queries. Each operation is metered when it happens. The rate first uses your included compute; the same rate applies after the allowance is used.

What is included compute?
Included compute is the dollar balance your plan provides for data processing. Each GB processed uses $0.52 of that balance. Start Up includes $100 monthly or $1,000 annually, and Business includes $500 monthly or $5,000 annually. Managed storage and AI usage are separate.
How is data processing calculated?
We add the data Vendo reads, writes, and processes through models or queries. Each operation is metered when it happens, so the same data can be processed in more than one step. For example, 10GB read, 10GB written, and 5GB scanned by a model is 25GB processed, or $13.00 at $0.52 per GB. Storage is calculated separately.
How are AI credits billed?
Managed AI is billed separately based on usage. If you connect a supported AI provider using your own key or subscription, the provider bills you directly for that model usage.
What happens when I use all my included compute?
Vendo shows your compute usage and remaining balance. Data processing uses included compute at $0.52 per GB processed. Once the allowance is used, additional processing is billed at the same rate. We will flag unexpected usage changes so you can review them before they become a surprise.
How does included compute work on annual plans?
Annual plans include compute equal to the annual amount billed: $1,000 for Start Up or $5,000 for Business. Vendo tracks that allowance across the annual plan term. Unused compute does not roll into the next annual term.
What happens when I approach my storage limit?
Vendo will warn you as you approach the limit. We calculate the average amount of Vendo-managed data stored during your billing period. The portion above the included 10GB on Start Up or 100GB on Business is billed at $1.00 per GB-month. Reaching the limit will not silently stop an active data workflow.
Is the complete platform included in both plans?
Yes. Start Up and Business include the same core product. Both plans can connect data, combine customer records under configured identity rules, measure marketing, build reports and customer groups, use the Agent, run Automations, review Approvals, and send data to supported tools. Business adds hourly updates, more included compute, a dedicated Slack support channel, and a one-business-day response time.
