What is included compute?
Compute is the data processing Vendo performs: reading data from connected sources, writing it to your data store, refreshing models and definitions, resolving customer identities, calculating attribution, running data-quality checks, and preparing or sending outputs. Included compute equals the amount you pay for the plan: $100 monthly or $1,000 annually for Start Up, and $500 monthly or $5,000 annually for Business. Storage limits and AI usage are separate.
How are AI credits billed?
Managed AI is billed separately based on usage. If you connect a supported AI provider using your own key or subscription, the provider bills you directly for that model usage.
What happens when I use my included compute?
Vendo shows your compute usage and remaining balance. Until overage rates are published, we review usage with you and agree the right allowance or plan before any additional charges apply. Usage is deducted using Vendo compute rates; exact overage rates are not published yet.
How does included compute work on annual plans?
Annual plans include compute equal to the annual amount billed: $1,000 for Start Up or $5,000 for Business. Vendo tracks that allowance across the annual plan term. Unused compute does not roll into the next annual term.
What happens when I approach my storage limit?
Vendo will warn you as you approach the limit and help you increase your allowance or move plans. Reaching the limit will not silently stop an active data workflow.
Is the complete platform included in both plans?
Yes. Start Up and Business include the same core product. Both plans can connect data, combine customer records under configured identity rules, measure marketing, build reports and customer groups, use the Agent, run Automations, review Approvals, and send data to supported tools. Business adds hourly updates, more included compute, a dedicated Slack support channel, and a one-business-day response time.
